I am sure by now you have already received District Assembly Brochure and Registration Form and also soft copy by mail . However, I am once again attaching herewith soft copy of the brochure and registration for you kind perusal.
We once again appeal to you to register at the earliest so that the organizers can organize the event in a planned manner without any difficulty to both sides. Last minute registration i.e. spot registration cause little inconvenience.
I view of above you are kindly requested to send your club members registration ASAP. In case you miss the deadline due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform number of delegates attending the District Assembly at least one day in advance i.e. by ( Friday 3rd June 2011 3pm.) by email gda@live.in giving names of Rotarians attending the District Assembly so that registration process is smooth and we can place order ( food) for sufficient number delegates.
